The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
Ricardo Alcala, 28, of the 600 block of Mountain Street, Aurora, was arrested on a warrant at 11:11 a.m. July 14 in the 1900 block of Three Farms Avenue.
Fernando Chigo Toto, 24, of the 400 block of South Farnsworth Avenue, Aurora, was arrested on a warrant at 6:28 p.m. July 14 in the 1000 block of Heritage Hill Drive.
Aliakbar Azimov, 24, of the 4600 block of Shumard Lane, Naperville, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of weapons and interfering with an officer at 8:12 p.m. July 14 at his home.
Christian Lopez Hernandez, 21, of the 2000 block of Apple Lane, Woodridge, was arrested on charges of a traffic control violation and driving without a valid license/permit at 10:12 p.m. July 14 at South Washington Street and West Gartner Road.
Christopher Michael Patterson, 44, of the 5S600 block of Vista Circle, Naperville, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence alcohol at 10:47 p.m. July 14 in the 1300 block of North Route 59.
Richard L. Williams Jr., 24, of the 500 block of Redondo Drive, Downers Grove, was arrested on a warrant at 12:27 a.m. July 15 in the 800 block of Rickert Drive.
John William Dalton, 28, of the 400 block of Warrenville Road, Lisle, was arrested on a warrant and on a charge of illegal transportation of cannabis at 1 a.m. July 15 at East Ogden Avenue and North Washington Street.
Kevin Michael Klimah, 34, of the 1600 block of Manhattan Street, Bolingbrook, was arrested on a warrant at 1:13 a.m. July 15 in the 1600 block of West Diehl Road.
Clarence Upshaw Jr., 33, of the 4300 block of West Monroe Street, Chicago, was arrested on a charge of possession of a stolen vehicle at 10:42 p.m. July 15 in the 3200 block of Odyssey Court.
Olivia Michelle Custer, 24, of the first block of Wheaton Center, Wheaton, was arrested on charges of improper lighting — head or tail lights, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a valid registration and driving without insurance at 1:35 a.m. July 16 at North Naper Boulevard and West Interstate 88.
