David Eugene Purcell II, 28, of the 1500 block of South Kedvale Avenue, Chicago, was arrested on charges of improper display of license plates or registration, obstructed windshield or front/side window, aggravated unlawful use of weapons and armed habitual criminal at 9:04 p.m. Aug. 22 in the 2700 block of South Sacramento Avenue, Chicago.
Mario Tito Diaz, 48, of the 200 block of Carolina Street, Bolingbrook, was arrested on a charge of theft labor/services at 9:21 p.m. Aug. 22 in the first block of West Jefferson Avenue.
Joseph J. Martinez, 23, of the 200 block of Willow Avenue, Joliet, was arrested on charges of failure to reduce speed/driving too fast for conditions at 9:33 p.m. Aug. 22 at Weston Ridge Drive and North Aurora Road.
Xiangting Bian, 32, of the 200 block of Westbrook Circle, Naperville, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespassing to land at 11:02 p.m. Aug. 22 in the 400 block of Pickerel Court.
Anthony David Sode, 20, of the 2300 block of Cove Court, Elgin, was arrested on a charge of aggravated battery at 2:49 a.m. Aug 23 in the 800 block of South Washington Street.
Eric Maurice Pence, 30, of the 1900 block of Calla Drive, Joliet, was arrested on charges of sex offender presence restriction and violation of sex offender registration at 2:02 p.m. Aug. 22 in the 700 block of Benedetti Drive.
Breena K. Hambright, 30, of the 800 block of Pueblo Court, Naperville, was arrested on a warrant at 5:25 a.m. Aug. 23 in the 800 block of Pueblo Court.
Damian A. Elia, 49, of the 1400 block of Superior Street, Aurora, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol at 6:59 p.m. Aug. 23 in the 1600 block of Bond Street.
Tevin S. Parks, 29, of the 900 block of Fairway Drive, Naperville, was arrested on a warrant and on a charge of driving on a suspended/revoked license at 10:58 p.m. Aug. 23 at Bruce Lane and Glenoban Drive.
Emilio Manuel Telles, 23, of the 2200 block of Graystone Drive, Joliet, was arrested on a warrant and charges of improper turn and driving on a suspended/revoked license at 3:04 p.m. Aug. 24 at North Route 59 and North Aurora Road.
