The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 23-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of improper lane usage and driving under the influence of alcohol at 2:23 a.m. July 31 at East Ogden Avenue and Columbia Street.
- A 29-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of speeding, driving on a revoked license and unlawful display of registration at 7:11 a.m. July 31 in the 900 block of Liberty Drive in Elgin.
- An 18-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a charge of identity theft between $300 and $2,000 at 5:34 p.m. July 31 in the 400 block of South Brainard Street.
- An 18-year old woman from Bartlett was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 12:25 p.m. Aug. 1 in the 2700 block of Aurora Avenue.
- A 33-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of failure to signal when required, improper turn at an intersection, possession of cannabis 100 to 500 grams of cannabis, obstructing an officer and driving without insurance at 3:42 p.m. Aug. 1 at Fairway Drive and Mandalay Court.
- A 24-year-old man from Mountain House, California, was arrested on a charge of street racing at 9:38 p.m. Aug. 1 in the 400 block of South Route 59.
- A 31-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of driving with expired license plates, driving on a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a revoked license, driving with one headlight, driving without insurance and aggravated driving under the influence at 10:11 p.m. Aug. 1 at South Naper Boulevard and East 75th Street.
- A 57-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of driving on a revoked license at 11:15 p.m. Aug. 1 at McDowell Road and Westminster Drive.
- A 23-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a warrant and on charges of speeding, illegal stopping or standing and driving on a revoked license at 2:46 a.m. Aug. 2 at West 75th Street and Millbrook Drive.
