The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- An 18-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on charges of improper lane usage, driving under the influence of alcohol, unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver and interference with a police officer while on duty at 12:34 a.m. Sept. 28 at East 75th Street and Ranchview Drive.
- A 26-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of driving the wrong way, driving under the influence of alcohol and transportation or possession of open alcohol by a driver at 2:23 a.m. Sept. 28 at North Route 59 and Brookdale Road.
- A 23-year-old man from Plainfield was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol at 3:37 a.m. Sept. 28 in the 0 to 100 block of East Jefferson Avenue.
- A 37-year-old man from Gary was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance at 11:46 p.m. Sept. 28 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
- A 38-year-old man from Houston was arrested on a charge of battery at 6:21 p.m. Sept. 29 in the 1200 block of Olympus Drive.
- A 62-year-old woman from Aurora, Colorado, was arrested on a charge of prostitution at 6:37 p.m. Sept. 29 in the 700 block of East Ogden Avenue.
- A 21-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, attempted obstruction of identification, resisting arrest and illegal transportation or possession of alcohol by a driver at 5:16 a.m. Sept. 30 in the 700 block of Royal St. George Drive.
- A 55-year-old woman from Chicago was arrested on a charge of practicing massage therapy without a license at 2:45 p.m. Sept. 30 in the 1000 block of 104th Street.
- A 40-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on a warrant at 3:20 p.m. Sept. 30 in the 2900 block of Audrey Avenue
- A 28-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on four warrants at 6:42 p.m. Sept. 30 in the 1500 block of Fairway Drive.
