This photo is of the Clyde C. Netzley Chrysler dealership truck parked in front of its garage in 1920s. The image by was taken by Koretke Photo. Clyde Netzley went into the car-selling business in 1921, and the family-run dealership would remain at the corner of Washington Street and Chicago Avenue in downtown Naperville until it closed in 1981, according to Naperville Heritage Society documents. (Editor’s note: The Naperville Sun incorrectly reported the direction of a photo of downtown Naperville taken in the 1880s published in the Nov. 2 “The Way We Were” column. The view was looking toward the north.)
