At least 1 in serious condition after being pulled from fire in Roseland

At least one person was in serious condition after being rescued from a building fire Wednesday morning in the Roseland neighborhood, fire officials said.

Chicago firefighters were called to a blaze at 10724 S. Calumet Ave. Wednesday morning.

So far, Chicago Fire Department spokesman Larry Merritt said one person was taken in serious condition to Trinity Hospital.
