Marcus Lemonis, the entrepreneur and Camping World co-founder who starred in the CNBC reality show “The Profit,” in September sold his three-bedroom, 4,788-square-foot condominium on the 21st floor of a Streeterville tower for $3.3 million.

Lemonis has bought and sold numerous Chicago-area residential properties, including downtown and in Lake Forest. He paid $3.39 million in 2020 for the 21st-floor condo, which is in a 200,000-square-foot section of Streeterville’s Bloomingdale’s building that JMB Realty converted from offices to residential condos starting around 2005 after a large tenant, advertising agency J. Walter Thompson, vacated the building.

Features in the condo include 3-1/2 bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, separate primary and guest wings, two dining spaces and a kitchen with Wolf, Sub-Zero, Gaggenau and Miele appliances.

Lemonis first listed the unit on Aug. 20 for $3.45 million, and he closed on its sale less than two weeks later. The buyer is a Miami Beach-based philanthropist.

Listing agent Joe Wright declined to comment on the sale. The recorded sale price was $3.3 million, while other public documents specify that another $300,000 worth of personal property was additionally part of the sale. Although Wright wouldn’t comment, that $300,000 in personal property most likely refers to the value of furniture that the buyer acquired in the deal. As a result, the total deal value for the real estate and the personal property is $3.6 million, which is the sale amount published in the real estate multiple listing service.

The condo has $5,856-a-month homeowners association dues, and it had a $58,990 property tax bill in the 2024 tax year.
