The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 33-year-old man from Lisle was arrested on a charge of theft/less than $500 at 11 a.m. Jan. 9 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
- A 35-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on two warrants at 7:08 p.m. Jan. 9 in the 1500 block of Naperville Wheaton Road.
- A 30-year-old man from Plainfield was arrested on two counts of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, three counts of resisting an officer and one count each of making an improper turn, improper window tinting, transporting or possession of open alcohol by a driver and obstructing an officer at 11:43 p.m. Jan. 9 at North Route 59 and West Diehl Road.
- A 24-year-old man from Lombard was arrested on a warrant at 10:13 a.m. Jan. 10 in the 1500 block of McDowell Road.
- A 26-year-old man from Romeoville was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding at 12:49 a.m. Jan. 11 at South Washington Street and East Gartner Road.
- A 19-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of assault or battery at 12:55 a.m. Jan. 11 at Douglas Avenue and North Mill Street.
- A 20-year-old woman from San Diego was arrested on a warrant at 1:17 a.m. Jan. 11 at Douglas Avenue and North Mill Street.
- A 35-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of defective backup lights and driving on a revoked license at 3:40 a.m. Jan. 11 at East Ogden Avenue and North Columbia Street.
- A 42-year-old woman from Bolingbrook was arrested on a warrant at 7:01 p.m. Jan. 11 in the 2700 block of West 75th Street.
