The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 28-year-old woman from Posen was arrested on a warrant and on a charge of possession of a controlled substance at 12:53 p.m. Jan. 23 in the 1300 block of Modaff Road.
- A 23-year-old woman from Aurora was arrested on a warrant and on charges of speeding and driving on a suspended license at 2:05 a.m. Jan. 24 at South Routh 59 and East New York Street.
- A 25-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated assault on an officer and driving on a suspended license at 2:24 a.m. Jan. 24 in the 1700 block of West Ogden Avenue.
- A 19-year-old man from Woodridge was arrested on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident involving damage to an attended vehicle at 5:16 p.m. Jan. 24 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
- A 43-year-old woman from Maywood was arrested on a warrant and on a charge of driving on a revoked license at 9:46 p.m. Jan. 24 at East New York Street and South rout 59.
- A 27-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant and on charges of retail theft not exceeding $300 and possession of a controlled substance at 8:15 p.m. Jan. 25 in the 2500 block of West 75th Street.
