The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

  • An 18-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of improper lighting, failure to signal when required and driving under the influence of alcohol at 1:46 a.m. Feb. 15 at Monticello Drive and North Columbia Street.
  • A 34-year-old man from Pensacola, Florida, was arrested on charges of illegal stopping standing or parking where prohibited, driving with expired license plates, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a registration suspended for non-insurance at 5:21 a.m. Feb. 16 at North Route 59 and West Jefferson Avenue.
  • A 31-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on charges of aggravated battery, driving under the influence of alcohol and obstructing an officer at 8:04 p.m. Feb. 16 at South Charles Avenue and Prairie Avenue.
  • A 46-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a warrant at 2:36 a.m. Feb. 17 at North Aurora Road and Frontenac Court.
  • A 62-year-old man from Indianapolis was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance at 2:18 p.m. Feb. 18 at North Route 59 and Ferry Road.
  • A 49-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of driving on a suspended license at 4:23 p.m. Feb. 18 at 75th Street and South Route 59.
  • A 60-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant at 11:41 p.m. Feb. 18 in the 1800 block of South Washington Street.
