Two standouts from Mother McAuley headline the top 15 players on first, second and third teams.

First Team

Quinn Arundel, Mother McAuley, senior, guard: Averaged 16.0 points, 4.0 assists, 3.4 rebounds and 3.0 steals. GCAC Red’s player of the year. Illinois Basketball Coaches Association second team all-state.

Landrie Callahan, Providence, senior forward: Averaged 20 points and 9.0 rebounds and added 59 blocked shots as Celtics reached Elite Eight. All-conference. IBCA first team all-state. Committed to Pepperdine.

Aunyai Deere, Homewood-Flossmoor, senior, guard: Averaged 15.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, 3.0 steals and 2.0 assists as Vikings reached the Elite Eight. SouthWest Suburban Conference’s player of the year. IBCA second team all-state.

Kamryn Turner, Bloom, senior guard: Averaged 16.5 points, 4.7 steals, 4.0 assists and 3.3 rebounds. Southland Athletic Conference’s player of the year. IBCA third team all-conference. Committed to Illinois-Springfield.

Tiara Williams, Morgan Park Academy, junior, guard: Averaged 28.3 points, 6.8 rebounds and 5.3 assists. Lake Shore Athletic Conference’s player of the year for third straight season. IBCA first team all-state.

Second Team

Lauryn Jackson, T.F. North, senior, guard/forward: Averaged 18.7 points and 10 rebounds. All-conference. IBCA second team all-state.

Da’Jha Johnson, Hillcrest, senior, guard: Averaged 16 points, 3.7 assists and 3.0 steals as the Hawks reached the sectional final. South Suburban Blue’s player of the year. IBCA third team all-state. Committed to Kirkwood.

Jessica Manley, Shepard, senior, forward: Averaged 17.9 points, 10.4 rebounds, 4.0 steals, 2.9 assists and 1.2 blocked shots. South Suburban Red’s player of the year.

Lily Porter, Marist, junior, guard: Averaged 11.9 points, 5.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists as the RedHawks reached the sectional final. All-conference.

Ciyah Thomas, St. Laurence, senior, guard: Averaged 15.4 points, 6.6 rebounds, 4.1 steals and 3.5 assists. GCAC White’s player of the year. IBCA special mention all-state.

Third Team

Taji Alexa, Mother McAuley, junior, guard: Averaged 15.4 points, 5.4 rebounds, 2.0 steals and 1.8 assists. All-conference. IBCA third team all-state

Gigi Dillon, T.F. South, senior, forward: Averaged 12.5 points and 8.7 rebounds, 3.6 steals and 1.8 assists. All-conference.

Bianca Fleitas, Oak Lawn, senior, guard: Averaged 14.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, 3.1 assists, 2.3 steals and 1.9 blocked shots. Scored program-best 42 points vs. Richards. All-conference.

Tatum Harris, Evergreen Park, senior, guard: Averaged 15.2 points, 4.2 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 2.9 steals. All-conference. IBCA special mention all-state. Committed to North Park.

Abbey Hobart, Stagg, senior, guard: Averaged 17.6 points and shot 89% from free-throw line. Owns program records with 1,673 points and 293 steals. All-conference. Committed to Missouri S&T.
