The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

  • A 45-year-old man from Streamwood was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, transportation or possession of open alcohol by a driver and driving without insurance at 9:48 a.m. March 9 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
  • A 52-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of improper lane usage and driving on a suspended license at 9:28 p.m. March 9 at North Mill Street and West Ogden Avenue.
  • A 20-year-old woman from Oswego was arrested on charges of improper lane usage and driving under the influence of alcohol at 10:36 p.m. March 9 at North Washington Street and East Warrenville Road.
  • A 32-year-old man from Romeoville was arrested on a warrant at 10:57 p.m. March 9 in the 1300 block of South Naper Boulevard.
  • A 38-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of driving with one headlight, driving with a revoked license and driving without insurance at 2:23 a.m. March 10 at Ogden Avenue and South Route 59.
  • A 58-year-old man from Scottsboro, Alabama, was arrested on charges of improper lane usage, driving too fast for conditions or failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and driving under the influence of alcohol at 3:10 a.m. March 10 at East Ogden Avenue and Sherman Avenue.
  • A 49-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a charge of sex offender registration/failure to register at 11:41 a.m. March 10 at North Aurora Road and Tudor Drive.
  • A 62-year-old woman from Plainfield was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 2:44 p.m. March 10 in the 2500 block of West 75th Street.
  • A 66-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a charge of retail theft exceeding $300 at 9:16 p.m. March 10 in the 2500 block of West 75th Street.
