The Park Ridge Chamber of Commerce held its annual 2026 Night of Stars Celebration on Feb. 28.
According to a news release, the celebration is a chance to honor those receiving the Business of the Year, Community Stars Awards, President’s Award, Heart of the Chamber Award, Business Anniversary Recognition, Chamber of Commerce 2026 Board of Directors, and Park Ridge Community Fund Board of Directors.
This year, Maine Township Highway Commissioner Ed Beauvais was among six recipients of this year’s Community Star award!
“I am so honored to receive this community award and appreciative of the work that the Park Ridge Chamber of Commerce does to recognize and highlight the efforts of people in the community,” Maine Township Highway Commissioner Ed Beauvais said. “This recognition is a reminder that we do not accomplish anything alone,” Beauvais said. “It’s my honor to be in a position to help people and work collaboratively with neighborhoods and communities throughout Maine Township,” Beauvais concluded.
Attending the event and supporting Highway Commissioner Beauvais were Maine township Supervisor Kimblerly Jones, Clerk Pete Gialamas, Trustee Asif Malik and Trustee Elizabeth Lynch.
