Chicago Sky head coach Tyler Marsh and his wife, Kiara, in December paid $665,000 for a newly built, five-bedroom house in southwest suburban Burbank.
Marsh, 38, was named the Sky’s head coach in late 2024. He previously had been an assistant coach with the Las Vegas Aces, where he helped the team win championships in 2022 and 2023.
In Burbank, Marsh’s new house was built by Kowal Builders. The home had not been publicly listed, and it was constructed on a 0.16-acre lot that was created through a 2024 lot consolidation.
Kowal Builders President Krzysztof Kowalkowski told Elite Street that the house measures 3,800 square feet and has four bathrooms.
Marsh did not respond to a request for comment.
