Michelada Fest Chicago has announced its music lineup for this summer, with headliners including Latin Mafia, Jhayco, Jessie Reyez and Sean Paul.
The three-day festival of Latin music will be June 26-28 in Union Park (1501 W. Randolph St.), with pop, R&B, Mexican regional and reggaeton on two stages, plus a DJ stage curated by the Chicago collective Sentido.
Additional music acts announced Thursday include Los Farmerz, Herencia de Patrones, DannyLux, Panter Belico, Dareyes de la Sierra, Ovy On The Drums, Paloma Mami, Chuyin, Angel y Khriz, Julio Caesar, El Malo, Grupo Love Secreto, Nezza, Coronado, Eva Maria, M-DOK and Las Vibras de Chicago.
Miche Fest was forced to cancel in 2025 due to concerns over artist travel and visas amid crackdowns by Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Chicago in the weeks leading up to Operation Midway Blitz.
The first Miche Fest was in Harrison Park in 2019; 2024’s event at Oakwood Beach reportedly had a daily attendance of some 10,000 people. This summer will be its first in Union Park, formerly the site of Pitchfork.
Also new this year, a free community day on Friday, June 26. In place of tickets, attendees will be asked for a $10 donation to La Casa Norte, which serves Chicagoans facing housing insecurity. Festival hours are 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Along with music, attendees can expect food, a merch pop-up with Gente Fina (a Chicago and Durango-based fashion brand), art installations from Sentrock Studio, and of course micheladas. Miche Fest is put on by the Chicago-based independent event production company Windy City Events Management.
Tickets for Saturday and Sunday, June 27-28, go on sale at noon April 3; $89 (all ages, free for children 5 and under) at www.michefest.live.
