- A 59-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of illegal stopping, standing or parking where prohibited and driving under the influence of alcohol at 1:42 a.m. May 9 in the 800 block of North Ellsworth Street.
- A 26-year-old woman from Montgomery was arrested on charges of improper lighting, speeding, driving on a revoked license and driving without insurance at 2:50 a.m. May 9 at West Diehl Road and North Route 59.
- A 36-year-old woman from Aurora was arrested on charges of criminal trespass to real property, resisting an officer and battery at 3:29 a.m. May 9 in the 1600 block of Naperville Wheaton Road.
- A 23-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on a charge of retail theft not exceeding $300 at 11:09 a.m. May 9 in the 200 block of South Main Street.
- A 51-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol at 11:08 p.m. May 9 in the 900 block of Fairway Drive.
- A 41-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on a warrant and a charge of driving with one headlight at 10:08 p.m. May 9 at Clover Court and Aurora Avenue.
- An 18-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a charge of speeding 35 miles or more over the limit at 12:13 a.m. May 10 at Plainfield Naperville Road and 104th Street.
- A 59-year-old woman from Lisle was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to give information to an owner after striking an unattended vehicle at 12:29 a.m. May 10 in the 1100 block of Spring Garden Circle.
