If you are concerned about the chance of salmonella in raw eggs, use a pasteurized egg. 1 ounce sloe gin 1/2 ounce London dry gin 1/2 ounce orgeat syrup 3/4 fresh lemon juice 2 heaping bar spoons powdered sugar 1 egg white Club soda Add all ingredients except club soda to cocktail shaker. Without ice, give a few firm shakes. Open shaker, fill with ice and proceed to vigorously shake, 10-15 seconds. Strain into a highball glass.
