Police: ICE escapee in custody after manhunt near Burns Harbor/Porter I-94 exit
A shackled escapee who had been in ICE custody and was the subject of a manhunt near the Interstate 94 exit for Burns Harbor/Porter was apprehended Tuesday night, police said.
