Mike Bacon is leaving his career as a Lincoln-Way special education teacher and tennis coach to launch Arrowhead Ales Brewing Company in New Lenox. He contract brewed more than 100 barrels at Hailstorm Brewing Company in Tinley Park and Church Street Brewing Company in Itasca in order to open Arrowhead's bar and restaurant April 11.
