Leland Weaver OBITUARY

Leland Weaver of North Aurora, Illinois, passed away on May 17, 2026.

Leland was born on January 19, 1937, in Steeleville, Illinois, to Herbert and Mabel (Koch) Weaver. He grew up in southern Illinois and graduated from Steeleville High School. Leland enjoyed fishing and golfing, but above all, he cherished the time spent with his family, including his three children and grandchildren. He is remembered as a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather, and a hardworking man whose quiet strength and caring nature touched many lives.

He is survived by his wife, Dolores; his children Edward (Ana) Weaver, Thomas (Sherry) Weaver, and Susan (Jay) Potasnik; his three grandchildren, Sydney, TJ, and Chirstian; and many extended family members and friends.
