Private services will be held Tuesday for Morris Kozak, 75, of Winnetka, who died Saturday in Evanston Hospital. He had been the longtime owner of the former Advance Neon Signs Inc., which was on the West Side. Survivors include his wife, Florence; a son, Michael Burns; a sister; and four grandchildren.
