Mass for Chester S. Bow, 76, an electrical engineer, will be said at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Thomas of Villanova Catholic Church, 1152 E. Anderson Dr., Palatine. Mr. Bow, a Palatine resident who died Thursday in Northwest Community Hospital, Arlington Heights, worked for Western Electric Co. for 40 years. Survivors include his wife, Helen; a son, Kenneth; a daughter, Jane Burns; three grandchildren; and a sister.
