An order that residents of a portion of Hinsdale boil water was ended Monday. Orville Landry, Hinsdale`s Water and Sewer Department superintendent, lifted the order after a sampling of water showed the liquid was clear. The request that residents boil water, described as ”strictly a precaution”
against contamination, was made after a break occurred in a water main Sunday.
