The average annual yield on two-year Treasury notes hit a three-month high at Wednesday`s auction of $9.01 billion of the notes. The average yield was 10.12 percent, up from 9.83 percent at the previous auction Jan. 31 and the highest since 10.47 percent last Nov. 30. At the latest auction, the Treasury received bids totaling $17.91 billion. The notes had an average dollar price of 99.788; the coupon rate was set at 10 percent.
