Despite the fact that knowledgeable sources about the Soviet Union and Soviet dissidents and ex-KGB agents in the West openly state that the KGB is using forged documents and its notorious disinformation tactics, the Office of Special Investigations continues to accept the KGB`s ”help.” It is only to be hoped that in 40 years someone will pursue the KGB murderers of today with zeal such as that which Mr. Ryan possesses.
