In a recent Perspective article, economist Edward L. Hudgins suggested we could do away with the Small Business Administration. I beg to differ. Although it isn`t perfect, it does conduct useful workshops and seminars for business owners, and has some helpful publications. This alone is enough to save even some part of it.
