Ameritech said it is raising the quarterly dividend 10 percent, to $1.65 a share from $1.50, payable May 1 to stock of record March 29. Ameritech is the fourth of the seven regional Bell holding companies to raise its dividend since the break-up of American Telephone & Telegraph Co. in January, 1984.
