Services for Phillip Altbach, 87, a Loop jeweler for more than 50 years, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel at 1300 W. Devon Ave. Mr. Altbach, a Near North Side resident, was a past master of the Isaac Cutter Lodge of the Masonic Order, a member of the board of B`nai B`rith, the Anshe Emet Synagogue, the Loop Synagogue and the Jewish Council. Survivors include his wife, Edith.
