Richard Dotson`s competition will get tougher when he makes his season debut against Milwaukee Monday at Comiskey Park. But he looks ready for this task from the way he handled some minor leaguers Wednesday in Sarasota, Fla.
Dotson shut out an Atlanta Braves` rookie team on three hits in eight innings. He struck out 10, walked 2 and threw 97 pitches. The Sox rookies, glad to have the advantage of a Dotson on their side, won 9-0.
