Although I have fought Illinois` mandatory seat belt law in the Tribune`s Voice of the people and elsewhere, I am doing my part to contribute to traffic safety.
This year I had two accidents in which I skidded in the snow and drove my car off the road. But I have moved to California, where this doesn`t happen. If everyone moved to California, snow-related accidents would be eliminated and rain-related accidents reduced.
