Ah, there`s nothing so rare as a weekday game in the Houston HorrorDome. The Cubs, who have enough problems in the place as it is, will have to face Nolan Ryan at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday on WGN-TV (Channel 9) before they can escape and head home. The White Sox, who can`t seem to escape from losing at home, face the Texas Rangers again at 7:30 p.m. on SportsVision (cable). The Atlanta Braves, under new a manager, and the always disappointing Pittsburgh Pirates meet at 4:35 p.m. on WTBS (cable). At least, it`s nice to hear Skip Caray, Ernie Johnson, Pete Van Wieren and John Sterling talk about the game instead of the crowd.
