Mass for John G. Kulovitz, 80, a retired State of Illinois employee, will be said at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Gerald Catholic Church, 9349 S. Central Ave., Oak Lawn. Mr. Kulovitz, a former Chicagoan, died Sunday in Sebring, Fla., where he had lived since retiring in 1972. He had worked for the Department of Registration and Education and the Illinois secretary of state`s office. Survivors include a daughter, Patricia Graff; four grandchildren; and three sisters.
