Riding into town on the crest of cajun food mania, New Orleans native Kevin Gutierrez is a waiter at the new Dixie Bar & Grill, 225 W. Chicago Ave. He`s just about as intrigued with ”Chicago” cuisine as Chicagoans are with his native cajun fare.

”Gawd,” says this product of crayfish, mirliton and cayenne pepper,

”y`all have a lot of hot dawgs here.”
