Services for Ray Balzak, 93, a North Side resident, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel at 111 Skokie Blvd., Wilmette. She died Thursday in the Northwest Home for the Aged. Survivors include a son, Sheldon; a daughter, Jeanette; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
