Emma H. Vasconcelles, 87, a former clerk for the Burlington Northern Railroad, died Thursday in a nursing home in St. Petersburg, Fla. A former Chicago resident, she moved to St. Petersburg in 1972. A sister, Ida M. Miller, survives.
