If the oil market crisis continues, prices could fall below $10 a barrel, according to Arturo Hernandez Grisanti, oil minister of Venezuela and president of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries. He said, ”It is dangerous to keep pressuring the oil market. If this situation persists, then petroleum prices could fall below $10 a barrel.”
