Kellogg Co. will merge its Canadian and U.S. cereal businesses into a new operating division, Kellogg Co. North America. ”The purpose of this change in organization structure is to achieve greater coordination of our marketing, production and distribution investments,” said Kellogg Chairman William E. LaMothe. Combined sales in the U.S. and Canada were nearly $2.2 billion last year.
