A man who was still missing Monday after he apparently drowned in a boating accident near Wilmette Harbor over the weekend has been identified as Ron Lemke of Chicago, according to the Coast Guard. Lemke, 45, of 3450 N. Osceola Ave., had been boating with Antonio Larn, of 2717 W. Cermak Rd., about a mile and a half northeast of Wilmette Harbor about 1:30 p.m. Sunday when gusting winds caused the boat to capsize.
