How could a paper I respect and read every day allow a cartoon, called
”The Far Side,” to make fun of ”crazy people” as in the July 24 issue. Would you have printed it if the cartoon made fun of cancer or heart disease? I don`t think so.
As a member of the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill and the health profession, I am deeply offended.
