A third term for Reagan? A thousand times no! And the same for any other president.
I am not only against a third term but also a second term.
I am for a one-term, six-year period. That way, once they are in, they`ll have to settle down and do the job without slanting issues toward seeking a second term.
Most politicians (presidents included) no more are in office than they start running for a second term.
