After Reagan`s decacle in Reykjavik, it has become clear that something must be done about the presidency. Why should we, the young, the future generations of America have to put up with a man so old that he cannot comprehend what his actions will mean to the majority of the population and our future? A constitutional amendment setting a maximum age for the presidency would be one solution, but an electorate that shows more foresight would be the proper solution.
