Services for Sally Tepper, 74, a retired legal secretary, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel at 111 Skokie Blvd., Wilmette. Mrs. Tepper, of Skokie, died Thursday in Northwest Community Hospital, Arlington Heights. She retired in 1977 after about 20 years as a secretary in the legal department of Sears, Roebuck & Co. in Skokie. She had been a board member of the Council of Jewish Women. Survivors include a son, Melvin L.; a daughter, Renee B. Epstein; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two sisters; and a brother.
