I have seldom been as appalled by anything you have printed as I was by John Hagan`s letter regarding AIDS and homosexuals (Dec. 10). Mr. Hagan seems to feel that homosexuals should apologize for ”causing” AIDS. Mr. Hagan, it is we who should apologize to them–for ignoring AIDS untilbecame a threat to everyone. The kind of bigotry Mr. Hagan evinces is the ultimate threat to all of us.
