Despite the insurance crisis that has hit most suburban governments, Roselle`s bill from the Intergovernmental Risk Management Agency–a self-insurance pool–will be $96,338 less this year than last, Village
Administrator Glenn Spachman said. He attributed part of the village`s $129,972 bill to efforts to make the village work environment safer. Because the village budgeted more for its IRMA contribution than it has to pay, Roselle will have a larger final balance this fiscal year, which can be carried over to next year, Spachman said.
