— The Georgetown, a two-story home with four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, totaling 1,726 square feet; base priced from $112,950.
— The Lexington, also a two-story home with four bedrooms, and 2 1/2 baths, totaling 1,916 square feet; base priced from $115,950.
The location is on Devon Avenue, just west of Main Street in Bartlett.
