In the last year or so, I have witnessed a proliferation of drivers making mobile cellular phone calls while they are moving in a traffic situation.
Even the manufacturers of these convenient instruments decry this usage and ask the purchasers to pull out of traffic, stop and use the equipment under safe circumstances.
As a driver who would like to have other drivers take as many reasonable steps as possible to improve safety on the road, I particularly would not like to be the victim of a ”wrong number.”
