Services for Sally Schwartz, a former Chicagoan, will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday in the chapel at 3019 W. Peterson Ave. Mrs. Schwartz, of Aventura, Fla., died Sunday in a hospital in North Miami Beach. She is survived by a son, Stuart, senior producer of ABC-TV`s ”World News Tonight;” three sisters; and a brother.
