Discussions of child safety education, parental kidnaping and legal issues surrounding missing and exploited children will be discussed Monday through Thursday at the Second National Conference on Missing and Exploited Children.
The conference, being held at the Chicago Hilton and Towers, 729 S. Michigan Ave., is attended by professionals who try to locate missing children and some parents of missing or murdered children.
Illinois Gov. James Thompson and Kentucky Gov. Martha Layne Collins will attend the conference.
