I must concede that President Reagan made a respectable stand in condemning the Berlin Wall. But, why doesn`t he also condemn our own American walls–poverty, hunger, homelessness, etc.–that enclose Americans in walls no less thick than the Berlin Wall and take away social and political freedoms?
