Staley Continental Inc. said it sold its 50 percent interest in a Spanish soybean and sunflower seed processor. Terms weren`t disclosed. Staley said the Madrid-based firm, Sociedad Iberica de Molturacion S.A., no longer fit its corporate strategy.
